We help athletes get back in the game!

Athletes of all ages come to Hand and Microsurgery Associates for specialized treatment.  From toddlers who fall off of a swing to young at heart golfers with hand pain, our fellowship trained physicians have the expertise it takes to evaluate every kind of injury.  You can be confident that our physicians have the experience it takes to get the best outcome possible.

Our physicians do not use plaster casts. They utilize light weight splints that are compliant with the Ohio High School Athletic Association regulations and may be worn during games with physician approval.    These custom splints are able to be worn in the shower and even the pool!  Convenient for patients of all ages.

During regular business hours, no need to go to the emergency room for a minor injury.   Call our office and we can x-ray, diagnose and treat you the same day.  If your injury warrants a trip to the hospital, our physicians treat patients at Riverside Methodist Hospital Emergency Department.  Simply ask for a physician from Hand and Microsurgery Associates and they will page the on-call physician.  You may also call our office during regular business hours and let them know you are on the way to the hospital. Our on-call physician will be notified immediately.

Non-patients are welcome.

Even if you’re not a patient at Hand and Microsurgery Associates, you can have your hand or arm scanned in our extremity MRI. Call us for an appointment, and bring your prescription form from the doctor who orders the scan to your appointment.

Successful Surgery for Arthritis
